Whats not included in the price?

Kitchen equipment:

This is hired in line with the chef’s needs according to your chosen menu, ie a barbecue or hog roast will require none, a complex 3 course meal for 150 guests will require more

Waiting staff:

We can provide staff at an hourly rate, according to the number of guests and level of service required, which could range from a self-service buffet or barbecue to a dedicated member of staff for each table

Napkins and linens:

These can be sourced externally if a colour theme is being followed, or white linen can be hired from Ambassador Marquees, the Sprivers Mansion marquee provider.
